INTRODUCTION

The Granary is approached through electric double gates to a communal courtyard. The property benefits from a double garage where guests can safely leave their bikes, fishing or surfing equipment. There is parking to the side of the garage as well as parking to the front of the property. There are front and rear fully enclosed gardens and patios with some far reaching countryside views. There is also a gated walkway from the lane that leads to the rear of the property. 

INSIDE

Upon entering the ground floor of The Granary you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom one has a king size bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds. The ground floor accommodation benefits from an under floor heating system. Stairs then lead to the first floor which features a spacious open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area with balcony and log burner. The kitchen is very well equipped with a built in microwave, dishwasher and fridge. It has a washing machine, Induction hob, coffee machine and a halogen convection oven cooker (air fryer). In the garage there is also a fridge freezer. For guests comfort all sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are anti-allergy. WiFi is available at the property. 

OUTSIDE

The Granary offers guests the use of its wood fired hot tub, a simple, eco-friendly way of enjoying a heated outdoor soak. The tub comes with a stainless steel stove so the water quickly heats up to temperature whatever the weather. Once the hot tub is filled with freshwater and your wood is in the stove then light a fire and wait for it to heat up, then nestle snuggly to the sound of crackling logs. Alternatively on a hot summers day fill the tub with cold water and have a cool soak. The tub is emptied after each guests' stay. No chemicals are used but the tub does have lighting and massaging air jets. There is a BBQ and outside seating area with rattan chairs, stools and a table in the rear garden, bistro seating for two on the balcony and a bench in the front garden. The garage offers additional storage for guests' bikes, wetsuits etc and a freezer for frozen foods.

25% deposit to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival

Damages Deposit:

£350 refundable damages deposit
